Client Satisfaction Survey Results
We asked many questions in regards to our client's satisfaction with our performance including, Office Location, Staff Friendliness, Psychologist Helpfulness, Accuracy of the Assessment Reports, Timeliness in Receiving the Final Report, and lastly, the Overall Quality of Service. Here are the actual results from the survey. Out of the clients who responded to the survey, 98.2% said that the assessment information helped them with their hiring/promotional decisions!!!
